Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For buyers across the nation, we ship orders through the best of courier services and have partnered with Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery and Speed Post in the same order of priority. The preference of courier service depends upon efficiency of specific courier service in a particular area/zone.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours and in any case within three working days or as per the delivery date specified by buyer through any special instructions at the time of order.

While we endeavour to do our best, Fermosa Plants shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within three working days from the date of the order and payment by buyer. 

Delivery of all orders will be to the address of the buyer provided to Fermosa Plants at the time of purchase from the site. Customers are requested to ensure complete and accurate addresses are provided at the time of order.

Fermosa Plants is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer due to reasons beyond its control.

 Payments

Fermosa Plants provides buyers multiple options for payments via Gpay, PayTM, Phonepe and other online payment systems for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards/debit cards are also accepted at no extra costs. However, we currently do not accept cash on delivery.

 Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)

Tracking IDs of all packages will be provided to the buyer through email and by SMS on the email ID and mobile number provided by the buyer at the time of order. It will be prudent on part of buyers to contact the relevant courier company for all delays and queries on tracking.

However, if there is a delay in providing tracking details or there is a delay in dispatch, the buyer may contact on our helpline or provided numbers.

For ease of understanding and transaction, all prices of Fermosa Plants include shipping costs through our delivery partners. We maintain complete transparency so that customers can understand the complete cost of their package.

As the shipping cost is already ingrained in our pricing and is calculated at minimal possible, there is no separate calculations for multiple product orders.

We do not ship products out of India.

There are no separate delivery or handling charges levied by Fermosa Plants. Cost of a product mentioned is the final cost unless any specific instructions have been provided by the buyer.

Disclaimer

The product will be delivered for all urban areas in India serviceable by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas the product will be sent by local couriers / Indian Speed Post and may take more time. 

Deliveries on Sunday and National Holidays is done only if it is in the functioning policies of the relevant courier companies.
