Sansevieria Kirkii Silver Blue Variegated is one of the most admired broad-leaf Sansevieria cultivars, valued for its thick silvery-blue foliage, sculptural rosette form and rugged texture. It is believed to be a selected form of Sansevieria kirkii (now botanically placed under Dracaena pethera by many taxonomists), native to East Africa, especially Tanzania and nearby regions.
Not many in the country have this plant in their collections. So in case you are planning to be one of the lead collectors in the country, Kirkii variegated is a must have in your collection.

What makes “Silver Blue” highly desirable amongst collectors is the unusual metallic blue sheen combined with massive thick foliage. Mature specimens develop a very bold architectural appearance and look almost prehistoric in texture. Unlike many upright snake plants, Kirkii Silver Blue often develops a wider rosette habit, giving it a dramatic specimen look.
